And they do make an effort to make it look festive. Most of the shops are located on Market Street.

There are plenty of places to eat and drink in Newport so you should have no problem finding something to suit you.
Cafes, pubs, pizza and fine dining restaurants. It’s got the lot!

If you have time it’s well worth checking out some of the Beaches in Newport. There are 4 in total and all of them different. Winter is a great time to visit especially if you’re after a spectacular sunset.
